There was no pressure sales, and he listened and responded to me and my wife's wishes. I got a brilliant price for my trade-in and I got a great deal on my new( to me ) Mazda CX-5. Scott was very kind in his manner and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wishes. I got new mats, and a full tank of fuel and the car was beautifully presented on our arrival at the dealership. I have high praise for Scott and the team at Vertu in Hamilton. We spoke to one of the valeting team and they were very helpful, and fun to chat with, this made us feel welcome and at ease. I would give Scott 10/10 for his attention to detail his professionalism and his honesty and integrity, sadly missing in so many ways today, suffice to say Vertu in Hamilton and Scott and his team are ideally placed to serve the motoring public perfectly.
I had a great experience at Vertu Mazda Hamilton because the sales adviser was so good. Cezar Cojoc was the ultimate professional. He was efficient, obliging and personal in all his dealing with me. Nothing was a problem and when there was an issue with the car immediately following the sale he went out of his way to sort it and make sure I was completely satisfied. Cannot recommend his whole approach and professionalism enough.
