      I bought my brand-new car today and had the best experience! Enrico was absolutely amazing – so helpful and supportive from start to finish. I visited for the first time last week, and within a week I was driving away in my new car. The whole process was so quick and easy thanks to him. He answered all my questions and made everything feel stress-free. Huge thank you to Enrico and the team at Stratstone – I love my new car!

      Extremely disappointed with this dealership. The vehicle was sold with incorrect mileage, multiple electrical faults, and very poor-quality repairs to both the bodywork and alloys. Shockingly, they also failed to provide a valid MOT until reminded. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing here. Staff member Rico completely changed after sale. Take time to read the other negative reviews as there seems to be a trend here.

      I would never take my c63 to this dealership again, bad communication, can never get hold of anyone, had my car a month after originally fitting a brand new alternator, 7 days later battery light came on, was diagnosed as faulty alternator from RAC, charged me \xa3700 for a new battery and battery sensor, after fitting same fault came up, wanted to charge me a further \xa31,000 to further investigate, I held my ground and actually went to see the workshop manager, refused to pay this and insisted they change the alternator, they did this and fault went away, so I was charged \xa3700 for battery and battery sensor that didn’t need replacing, I insisted all along that it was the alternator to which it was, still have not sent me the invoice, 40 minutes on the phone now trying to get through to them, avoid this stealership for any repairs you need for your car, go to an independent

      Wouldn’t recommend DARREN and Don’t buy car care+ when you try to use the Mercedes provided insurance by this I mean they sold em it with my car. Everyone acts like you’re crazy and transfer you between departments all day. I had a MOT with the garage they informed me my tire needed changing. I then realised great I got wheel and alloy cover when I bought it. Then everyone I spoke to acted like I’d made this up. I finally pulled up receipts and got a contact number who informed me I was covered and to notify Mercedes. GrEAT how can I do that when no one acknowledges it is a thing. Crazy finally booked my car in and when I got there they told me they had to send pictures of and keep my car there. Which is crazy for a fire change I’ll also note they still didn’t understand or know what cover I was talking about and when I told them the name told me that almost as a push off. So I left my car and left on my way back they called and said they’d finally spoken to THERE insurance and that the best way to do it was me pay them 180 and claim it back which wasn’t what the insurer had said. I agreed and then 2 hours later they said they’d finally spoken had re checked the car and that the tire didn’t need to be fixed. But on my mot it had been red and they themselves told me I need to change it. So when the customer is paying they take the money but when it’s them they don’t want to. Make it make sense. But I have several cars that I take to Mercedes they’re is always something wrong but this just has me wondering if any of those changes where actually necessary now make it make sense I also would like to say when I bought this car DARREN was beyond unhelpful. I picked the car up late because he hadn’t had it moted before collection and didn’t bother changing the tax as the car had been under a different classification I had to go to the post office with two members of staff the next day do sort this. All in all terrible

      Where do I begin… I bought a Mercedes from stratstone, Chelmsford. I was welcomed by a sales man called “Marc” yes name (I can’t put in the full name as strastone have reported my review) .- long story short bought the car, I had funds all lined up so it could be swift transaction. On the day I pick the car up after being told it’s ready, the sun roof was broken, chip in the wind screen, 2 large dents on the boot and drivers side door. Already not off to a great start, then took 4 weeks to fix … they offered me 2 free valets to compensate. When I just took the car there for the mechanical works I mentioned below I asked them to use a free valet as I don’t live locally and they ignored me. 3 months on, the car makes a strange humming noise every now and then ( I believe it’s something to do with the break pads) despite me having 12 months warranty they expected me to pay north of \xa3700 for diagnostic fees. When I asked if it’s under warranty they essentially replied back saying we don’t know, you have to agree to pay the fee and only then it may or may not be under Warranty. - ended up saying no, picking the car up and will go privately will to sort. They also tried charging me \xa3230 to change a fuse for my cigarette lighter which costs about \xa35 which was also broken when I first got the car!!) The communication is absolutely diabolical, possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. Emails just get ignored dispite multiple members being in the chain. You’re better off buying a used or new car somewhere else. Would absolutely never buy from this firm again. My friends, family after hearing about my experience are disgusted that a company like this are even able to stay trading. Stratstones loss, as they’ve missed out on multiple car deals from my friends and family due this. Seems they are your best mate when your first looking to get a car, the minute you have bought the car your on your own and they couldn’t care less about you. The only people that have been good to deal with are Lee and a chap at the service centre called Viorel. He was a saint and was very friendly and helpful and possibly the only thing positive about this entire review.

      A massive thankyou to Brandon- After not having the best experience with other local Mercedes garages- Brandon went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He was genuine, patient, attentive and just made the whole experience very relaxing. He thoroughly explained everything and wasn’t pushy on the sale. There were a few scratches on the exterior of the car, which he rectified straight away and paid strong attention to every detail to make sure I was happy- whilst also adjusting to the tight time frame that I had. After some technical issues with the wifi, he drove me straight to the post office to get my tax sorted and not to mention the beautiful flowers on pick up day. He done everything in his power to make it was a good experience. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, he is a real asset to the team. Thankyou again Brandon!

      Couldn’t recommend Aveen enough! From our first conversation on the forecourt to picking up my car, Aveens communication and service was incredible. Unlike others I had spoken to, he listened to what I wanted spec and budget wise, advised me on areas I wasn’t sure on and updated me daily on new stock available. When we found the car, his personal and friendly approach made the whole process so clear and exciting. The transaction alongside my part exchange all went through seamlessly and I had the keys in a week! Massive thank you again Aveen.
