I bought my car from Crewe VW 2 weeks ago. I purposely used a main dealer as I thought I’d get better service than buying privately & also for peace of mind. The salesman wasn’t very on the ball, I wasn’t given a receipt for the sale, didn’t receive a copy of the MOT or service book. I was promised that the car had full service history, however upon receiving the service history, this isn’t the case , so basically he lied. He didn’t reply to emails & I had to chase him for everything. When we went to pick up the car, the alloys-which were supposed to have been professionally repaired- were covered in paint overspray so they looked as if Stevie Wonder had done them in a fog. When I called to speak to him, I was informed he no longer worked there! So maybe he knew he was leaving & couldn’t be bothered to give any form of customer service. This isn’t all the issues I had but you get the gist. So all in all, shoddy service which is a shame as it did take the shine off having a new (to me) car. I should have known better really as when we first went to have a look at what cars they had, nobody came out to see if we needed any help….but we did see a couple of the sales staff having a cigarette so obviously that was more important to them. Hope future buyers of vehicles have better service than I did. Good luck!

Unhelpful on multiple occasions. Tried to purchase from them. Painful experience bought my new VW elsewhere. Tried to use them for basic maintenance and service requests extremely unhelpful. I really wish they weren't my local dealer.

Highly recommend the team at Crewe Volkswagen for your new car! I travelled from Stockport to test drive a T-Roc and spoke to Glynn initially who was so friendly and helpful. Due to shift schedules Dominic took care of everything on the day and was really friendly and informative. No pressure, just great customer service! Took a lengthy drive to Crewe to see a Golf that was advertised on Autotrader. Bunch of scammers. Tried to take advantage of my partner claiming her two year old polo, that hadn't even been through a set of pads yet needed new discs at \xa3450! Classic case of seeing a young girl who doesn't know any better and trying their luck trying to rip her off. Don't deserve to be in business
