Absolutely great customer service. Bought a mini jcw from Bowerhill Trade Centre for my son. After being messed around by three so called big National car dealers with little customer care we decided for Plan B and buy Local. We called Bowerhill the night before ( 6.30pm ) on a friday to ask if it was possible to Veiw the car with the option to buy and take away. We were so impressed with the visit and the way the car was presented... we Bought and drove away.. no hassle no up sell for additional add on's of servicing and more importantly the car was actually cheaper than the other 3 that we were interested in viewing. The point im making is.. shiny new car sales with free coffee doesnt mean best customer service and value for money. Support local businesses like Bowerhill trade centre as they have been trading for year's and more interested in keeping there customers have with good honest value for money. I for one will definitely buy from these guys again.

I'm a widow who knows next to nothing about cars and had to buy another when mine had too much wrong with it. John was incredibly helpful and made it so easy for me. I now have a car suited to my needs. My late husband bought our cars there for quite a few years, so I can throughly recommend Bowerhill Trade Centre.
