I was happy with the service at Vertu Toyota Leicester because there was never any pressure put on us and everyone that we dealt with were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble in sorting out and guiding us through the whole process thanks to Lily,Nick and Sohail who completed the purchase for us and answered all our queries with ease and professionalism, thanks again Margaret and Clive Owen
I was pleased with Vertu Toyota Leicester and would recommend them because everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist to the salesperson. I dealt with Sonia and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She was also very patient and understanding. I walked in unsure if I was going to buy a car and left with one after speaking to Sonia. I would gladly go again. The managers also met with me and were accommodating. There was a dent on the car the day I picked it up and the manager sorted it immediately so I could drive away a dent free car. I would definitely recommend!
