Scammers, bought a car on finance July 2023. Engine blew up after 3 months. Offered to replace engine because finance company pursued, which took over 3 months for the engine to blow again after 4 days. Got told to F off. Got hung up on. The car has been returned and still no refund issued for over a month now. Disgusting customer service. Rude and aggressive. Do NOT buy a Ford focus Ecoboost from this dealer. It could be ours and looks perfect but is far from it. No paperwork provided for new engine either. Stay away. Safe your money
