My hubby and I have visited a lot of garages in our lifetime, some good and some very bad. I can honestly say that Car shop 365 are 1st class. This is a family run business and the customer feels appreciated for giving their business, we are so glad that we found you and we will be making sure that our family and friends know of you. From the moment we arrived, we had no pressure salesmen giving us their spiel, it was very relaxed and enjoyable to just wander round and look at the cars, ( which we love to do). Hamzah/Harry, we would like to thank both yourself and your father, for your friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We felt like nothing was too much trouble with you guys. Please thank the guy who cleaned our Audi for us. Thank you for answering queries and questions, the checks you did for us, and the car we now have. BE WARNED PLEASE READ I Bought a 13 year old car from this dealer for \xa31800,9 days later the engine management light came on,I got it checked out and it shown there was a problem with the Catalytic converter,I tried to take it back to get a refund or to fix it but they said I would have to pay for it myself also refusing to refund me as it states on the paperwork car was sold for parts which I wasn’t aware,they asked me to transfer my \xa31800 to a company called burn bridge when I initially paid for it..I have had to show evidence of my bank transfer to car 365 that I actually bought it off them and now there saying or we have noticed you paid your \xa31800 to burn bridge and not car365 absolute joke.I am in the process of taking this to trading standards.I have also noticed this is not an isolated incident looking back at the reviews.Why would anyone pay \xa31800 for a 13 year old car for parts.

AVOID!! Not the best experience when trying to buy from this crowd!. Was actually physically in middle of attempting to negotiate a deal to buy a vehicle when a 'mystery buyer' apparently left a deposit at the exact same time I was trying to buy! Deal would have been done an hour or so before hand if they hadn't try to low ball me on my p ex price - \xa31500 less than 3 other offers and from 2 car buying sites! Clearly negotiating wasn't going the way they planned so by stating vehicle wasn't available solved their issue. No doubt they'll respond by denying the circumstances & concocting another version of events - just read their other negative reviews and judge for yourself! Check out screenshot- I sent details at 17.29, they replied at 17.33 to say it's sold... strange!!!

Lovely family ran garage, I was messed about by another garage local to me in the Midlands for a f pace, I found a beautiful example with this garage , called first thing in the morning 8:30 , they answered and advised the car is available come on down, they did advise someone has shown some interest however, so I placed a deposit by bank transfer they sent the details immediately to secure the vehicle as it's exactly what we were looking for we didn't want it to go , test drove the car, immediately up on arrival, all docs ect shown , very nice atmosphere and several premium cars on site, we collect our car next weekend once finance all completed, couldn't recommend these guys more I dealt with harry and his dad.
