My sister bought a Suzuki alto for \xa31395 on 23rd Feb 2024. The clutch failed before she had left Morecambe. SM motors got her home and delivered her car back to her two weeks later. After less han two weeks the gears failed. SM motors refused her money back and offered her \xa3400. AVOID this company. The warranty means nothing! She has had to buy another car elsewhere.

Totally untrustworthy. They repeatedly ignored messages and phone calls about a problem with a car puchased from them. I really would advise people to steer clear (pardon the pun).
