MINI Hatch 2022 - 2.0 Cooper S Classic 3dr Auto

Lovely Mini garage, they managed to help out so quickly as I lost my locking wheel nut and thankfully they had a replacement in stock so didn’t have to wait for them to order one! Dealt with everything so quickly and they have complimentary water, soft drinks and a coffe machine on site (and the mocha actually tastes nice!) so it’s a nice add on. The parts team was quick and helpful - think it was Demi today - and Holly helped me out as well when I was querying a software update.

Had fantastic service with Mini Stratstone Milton Keynes this week. I dealt with Anthony Burrows who although couldn’t show me the car I was booked into see, took the time to find me alternatives. Took everything I said into consideration and found me the perfect car. The whole car thing took a week and I was able to pick up the car on the day I needed (which was very important). He kept me informed along the way and even put a lovely red bow on my car when I collected it (a nice touch). Great sales manner, informative, honest and thorough it was the easiest car I’ve ever bought, thank you, 10 stars 🤩

Should be a 10 star rating. If only all customer service was this good. Can't not mention Joe Gordon & Emma Duthie at Mini MK - a real pleasure to deal with and they kept me updated at every stage of the process. They even worked their IT magic when a small system problem cropped up. As for the car - brilliant. The ladies in the house love it. Highly recommend both the car and this company's customer service team.
