Dropped in to the Parts department on Saturday to get some all weather mats. The team were very helpful and had the parts on the shelf. They dealt with me quickly and effectively.

Every time I drop my car off for a service, I end up waiting over 30 minutes for a service advisor to come and see me after I check in at reception. On my last visit, I waited over 50 minutes before finally telling the receptionist, “I need to go, can you just take my keys?” At that point, she immediately rushed over and got me seen straight away. Why should I have to say that just to be helped? They can all clearly see me sitting there waiting. This poor experience every time I come to Audi has led me to choose a different brand for my new car. I will never buy an Audi while living in Warrington, as the experience at Stratstone Gemini Warrington is consistently a joke.

We recently visited Audi after we had an issue with our vehicle. The staff were extremely friendly and polite throughout the premises and there was lots on offer at the facility. Including Tea and Coffee, Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. I will remain with Audi for the foreseeable future!

Went in to order my new vehicle on Motability - Sales people were not remotely interested as soon as they realised I was disabled, just carried on talking amongst themselves and didnt offer to help. Horrible attitude when questioned. I will NEVER buy an Audi again after that. Disgraceful, bigoted, hateful people.

On 23rd and 24th July, I phoned 6 times to try to set up a service appointment. I politely talked to 3 pleasant ladies, each of whom promised to phone me back. I'm still waiting. :-( Thus, I phoned a different Audi service location and got an appointment within 4 minutes. Dr. Smith, Resident in the Warrington area.

Owen was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finance options thst aligned to my budget. He was communicative and kept me updated throughout the sales cycle. I had a small issues once taking receipt of the vehicle abd thus was quickly sorted out. Excellent service! 10/10 would recommend.
