I received excellent service and support during my recent purchase of a used Audi Q3, in particular from Shea Feeley. Post purchase, Shea also organised and completed the transfer of a cherished plate onto my new vehicle, including changing the number plates!. Many thanks to Shea for making the process of purchasing the car so smooth and stress free.

I brought a car on finance 3 years ago and was told that my mileage for the year was 12,000 miles.i have returned the vehicle and Audi finance have charged me \xa31800 because the mileage was actually 6000.its not what I was told when I purchased the vehicle.not happy at all about being lied too.

I have had a terrible experience trying to get refund sorted. It has gone on for over a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I am not the person who complains generally but this has now gone on for too long. I work full time and do not have the time to call several times a week and wait for someone to speak to and then be given a false reassurance that refund has been processed and will be in my account shortly but it never arrives!

Update: I have now waited nearly five weeks for a simple update or call back. When I call the dealership no one picks up the phone. I have emailed the follow up account and have received a reply but it's been 10 days since I first contacted them and was promised an update but there's still been no contact from Tamworth Audi. So I've lowered my star rating. I am a super patient person but waiting five weeks when I was promised a call two days later is not acceptable. I would prefer direct communication over writing reviews but that appears to be impossible at the moment. When you are in this dealership the service is often decent. However it is virtually impossible to get them to pick up the phone. I was promised a call back three weeks ago as the repair needed parts and couldn't be done on the day. The call back hasn't happened and I can't get through on the phone to try and find out what is happening. (Currently calling again - waiting 20 minutes so far for my call to be answered!) I'm hoping may be someone will see this and call me back?

Would highly recommend. Tien my salesman and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They not only went above and beyond for me but for my family too, couldn’t have asked for better.
