My experience at Vertu Honda Plymouth was cracking because Trudie who dealt with me was very professional, patient and friendly. I knew I wanted a Honda Jazz which is more suitable for my Black Labrador. Wanted the Sport but due to funds I couldn't afford it but I'll be back for the sport next time.
I'd suggest Vertu Honda Plymouth to a friend because although we had teething problems with the vehicle, matters were resolved satisfactorily. The Sales Team were all very professional and helpful, and I believe the problem was overlooked due to lack of staff and the staff that were there, being overstretched.
I would not recommend Vertu Honda Plymouth because the vehicle was not checked over prior to handover - if we’d put it in for an MOT on the day it would have failed! Level of interior cleanliness left something to be desired too, there shouldn’t have been a half melted sweet still stuck inside the glovebox…
