I bought a BMW 1 Series from Lennox Auto just five weeks ago and was assured I had a 90-day warranty. Since driving away, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the so-called “warranty” is absolutely worthless. Within an hour of leaving the garage, the tyre warning light came on. The salesman brushed it off by saying the tyres had been pumped up before I arrived — yet the car now shows two tyre warnings because the tyres are actually below the legal tread limit. This is not only dishonest but dangerous. On top of that, the oil warning light came on shortly after. When I contacted the garage, their response was simply, “just put oil in it.” For the amount of money I paid, the very least I should expect is a car that is roadworthy, safe, and properly checked over. Instead, I was handed a vehicle that wasn’t even serviced to the most basic standard. Since then, I’ve had to pay \xa3400 out of my own pocket to keep the car on the road — while the garage has done nothing but ignore my calls and texts. The aftercare is non-existent, the warranty means nothing, and the customer service is a disgrace. This garage is happy to take your money and wash their hands of you the second you drive off the forecourt. They do not care about their customers, their promises, or even the safety of the cars they sell. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from Lennox Auto to think twice — because once you hand over your money, you’re on your own. USELESS

Faulty vehicle purchase! I bought an MG ZSEV from Lennox on 2nd of August 2025 for the price of \xa319,000 with optional final payment of \xa37,000 after 4 years. The vehicle was registered at 2024 with cab stickers on it due to expire on 2026. On the 2nd day from purchase I discovered the radio system works intermittently on/ off. Then I was bombarded with warning messages on the dashboard about forward collusion system not available, rear drive assist not available etc. The vehicle couldn't be charged at home by using three pin charging cable provided. It can only be changed at fast charging station e.g BP which 9 times more expensive than home charging. When I've raised those issues to dealer, the dealer doesn't want to accept that there is any fault with the vehicle. When I want to return the vehicle, the dealer is refusing to take it back. I carried a diagnosis at Halford, the diagnosis shows the main battery is faulty, it is discharging too much voltage ⚡️ which is colluding with all the electronic systems. The dealer doesn't want to accept the diagnosis report either. They suggest me to go to the MG dealer. I didn't buy a vehicle for \xa319,000+\xa37000 to run up and down to the dealer/ garage. I gave them written notice to return the vehicle with 14 days of purchase but still they are refusing to accept the vehicle. In fact I have thrown myself in to the ring of fire. If I knew that this is how they deal / treat customer I would never even walk past their door. By refusing to accept the faulty vehicle they are forcing me to keep, drive a faulty vehicle against my will. I feel I've been deceived, blackmailed. Going to Lennox was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made 😪!
