Jay was very accommodating. I had to travel quite a way and he was always glad to set up a meet at my convenience. I was able to test drive the car for as long as I wanted, and I felt all my questions were answered fairly and honestly. I also got all the paperwork which means I can see everything that was done recently to the car. Now I have had the car a couple of weeks it is just as good as expected. Overall as easy as buying a second hand car could be.

Good: 6 Months warranty is good and the warranty providers service seems very good. No pushy sales tactics. Clean cars. Bad: Advertised as FSH but had a couple intervals missing. The employee selling the car knew nothing about the history (owner was out of the country). Warranty and breakdown cover didn't come through for a couple days. Car is leaking fluid, noticed after 2 weeks and diagnosed as break fluid. Engine oil was empty after less than 1,000 miles, this makes me believe that an oil and filter change wasn't completed. After this was brought to their attention, no offers to look at the car regarding the leak or fully/partially reimburse for the oil and filter service I had to pay for. Summary: Warranty is good and the cars are clean. Aftercare is poor even within first 21 days. Falsely claimed oil and filter service was complete.
