I'd recommend Sandles Car Supermarket because where do I start! To the moment I stepped in the showroom to driving away on my my new car it was the best car sales experience I have had. Gina greeted me with a huge smile and offered me a coffee. I knew what I had come to see and Gina knew what I was talking about and fetched the keys promptly and left us to have a look and offered a test drive. We mentioned a couple of scratches and she came and had a look and was honest in that they would not be able to get rid of them all. On the test drive I heard a noise and Gina fetched a chap from the work shop (Stuart I think) and he was very knowledgeable and engaging. He came out with me and identified the problem straight away and said they could put that right., I was offered the top end for part exchange on my car so wax very pleased. Gina then took us through the documents for purchasing, she explained everything clearly with no prrsssure. She knew we had driven a long way and adjed where we were staying and suggested places to visit and even got their websites up on her laptop. Gina was an absolute star and we had a lot of laughs and I trusted her 100%. On hand over she was ready for me and it was quick and efficient. I cannot recommend the Sandkes experience enough and Gina should have a pay rise!
