Avoid any additional charges!!! The car we test drove was fine, and we were ready to buy it. However, when we entered the office, the salesman handed us a document with the price increased by \xa33k — without asking — and told us to sign it. We were shocked. When we questioned the price, he said he had added an extra warranty (again, without asking us). When we asked what the warranty covered, he vaguely said “everything.” But when we requested details, it turned out to cover only a small range of faults, up to \xa32k per claim and only up to the car’s value per year. On top of that, he added a paint protection package and a GPS anti-theft tracker, once again without consulting us. When we told him to remove those extras, he became irritated and rude. When we asked him to recalculate the finance with a larger deposit, he snapped that it was the “last time” because we were taking too long. At that point, we said we needed time to think. He stood up and left the room. After five minutes, the finance manager came in — she was actually very helpful — but by then we had already lost trust. We asked for our holding deposit back, and she assured us it wouldn’t be a problem.
