Citroen DS3 2014 - DSTYLE PLUS 3-Door

If I could leave zero I would. Utterly vile owner and staff, lying and twisting the reality. Had to get police involved. Stay away! They sold me a faulty car which they said they serviced but hours after collecting it I found nails in tyres, leakage under car, and totally filthy, had to take it for a wash next door. Was trying to reach the owner for a week and was told he will call me back later. Tracked him down a week later at the garage and he said he knew nothing of the issue... even though I spoke to him on the phone which he denied. I'm a single parent with a young child, came to buy the car alone, trusted them and they took full advantage. Sold me a piece of junk and way over priced. I'm partly at fault for not doing proper checks, which if I would, I definitely wouldn't have gone with them after all their false promises! Since then I spoke to others who knew of this garage and all said negative things. Highly encourage everyone to read all the (genuine) reviews and please be careful. The only way you'll get your money back is through bank or court.

We travelled up from Cornwall, having arranged to view a car a couple of days previously. We arrived to inspect the car. All I can say is the cars are extremely overpriced and don't match the over exaggerated descriptions. The car we went to view, bearing in mind they had notice, was at the back of the lot behind 3 others. The car was filthy and very tatty inside. The salesman asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We would of, if the tyre wasn't flat. Looked like it had been sat on a flat tyre for quite some time judging by the cobwebs. The engine had several visible oil leaks and hoses perished and cracked. We declined the car. BE AWARE. Extremely exaggerated descriptions and hugely inflated prices.

I don’t do reviews but I feel like this needs one. We brought my daughters first little car last year from this place and she’s took it to a garage to get alignment done and she’s been told she needs \xa31500 worth of work done to it and they have also said it looks like a false/ dodge MOT was put on it when we brought it because what needs doing to it now should not of passed the last MOT and it’s lucky she was able to drive it, bare in mind she uses her car for work. My daughter is completely gutted because she actually loves her little car and feels bad because we have wasted money on a company that looks to be dodgy. I am completely heartbroken as she or no one should haved to go through this. We actually recommended people to you but now we will be telling people to stay well clear. If I could take the car back, I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY Since writing my review my daughters car has had to be scrapped, literally only a year after having it. I am currently in the process of writing to the motor ombudsman.
