I had to get my air conditioning checked and re-pressurised. Bourne Cars were prepared to cover any additional costs needed. They arranged appointment at a local garage and the work was done within a couple of hours. They treat customers as people, rather than a source of cash. Recommended.

AVOID BOURNE CARS, they brought my car on a auction and then came to pick up and on inspection made up a fault that doesn't exist! They just waste your time and money!

They made the process very easy and I would definitely go back again when the time comes to find a new car. The car was presented very clean and tidy with a full service history. We had the car serviced after purchase independently and no issues were found and the car was reported to be in very good condition. It has been a very positive experience and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
