I first contacted RDM Direct when I came across their website while searching specifically for a Nissan Note. The Autotrader website and other reviews on the internet were all positive which got me excited. I then call RDM and was able to speak to the salesman Scott. Right from the outset Scott was very helpful and laid all the details without any push to purchase the car. Scott went in depth of the steps I need to undertake to purchase the car. Also Scott was very understanding and had a listening ear to all my queries. As this was the first time I was buying a car, I had to contact Scott repeatedly and not once did Scott lose his patience with me and was very courteous every time I reached out to him. Scott went the extra mile and offered me a valuable discount which helped me a great deal. On one occasion when I contacted RDM and Scott wasn’t around, the other staff members in RDM were very helpful. The icing on the cake was the fresh MOT on the car prior to the purchase giving me peace of mind. Overall I am happy with RDM and the service I have received and look forward to using the services of RDM again in the future.

I absolutely would recommend buying a car from RDM From viewing and purchasing to collection they handled everything superbly. Nothing was too much trouble.
