Vauxhall Mokka X 2019 (19) - 1.4i Turbo Active SUV 5dr Petrol Auto Euro 6 (140 ps)

I bought a bmw from this garage on 18th February that's been nothing but hassle riddled with faults, i called them to inform them and they don't want to know of the problems, they instantly pass me onto the warranty company. I called the warranty company to then be told the said faults are not covered under the warranty, the car has no power to get up hills and whilst in idle its was so rough the car was rocking, took it to a garage who run a diagnostic machine through it, faults came up on several things, swirl flaps, glow plugs etc, the car wasn't even road worthy. After calling the finance company because Derbyshire elite cars and the warranty company offered no advice or help, the finance company asked me to take the car to a reputable garage and a report sent to them, I tried a few independent garages but no one was wanting to get involved, so had to get the car transported to Stirling BMW for a full diagnostic to be done, I was then rudely told to remove my car from bmw by the warranty company (which i have in black and white) and take it to an independent garage as the costs were too high, they would rather cheap parts were used, I refused to remove my car BMW then their warranty company took it upon themselves to remove my car from bmw without my consent as they weren't happy being quoted just short of \xa31400 from bmw for the repairs. Which was reasonable to me, id have paid it out my own pocket but I had only just bought the car so it was the car dealers responsibility to cover the costs of the repairs, they took my car too an apparent independent garage. The car infact had been dumped on the main road and the mechanic who owns the garage didn't even know the car was there and didnt know where the key was which was found in the end in a neighbouring unit almost a week later. The garage quoted them the same as bmw. the warranty company also has refused to supply a courtesy car because of the cost of the repairs being double what they were allowing to pay for said faults. Derbyshire elite cars hasnt even offered a courtesy car. Citizens advice has informed me they should have supplied a car for the inconvenience caused til I get my car back. Its now been 2 months my car has been off the road and 2 weeks since my car was removed from bmw without my consent. I still do not have my car back. This is mothing but a headache. I would have been back on the road by now if the car was left at BMW. Save yourself the stress and avoid this car dealer!!

The administration lady was absolutely amazing and honest. I asked for a walk around video of the car and she explained she would arrange this as soon as she could. She explained she was trying to arrange things within the business and she would ensure I had the video as soon as possible. I spent many years in front facing customer services I always aimed to manage customers expectations and never BS the customer. The lady actually did this above and beyond and is a credit to your business. The whole team, despite only meeting two of them, fully deserve recognition. Please give this garage a chance if you're looking for honesty, genuine service, no BS, great prices, a very chilled sales process and most of all a very professional team, then call them or enquire on the website.
