I would recommend Deeside Motor Centre to friends and family because they had a good selection of cars and the service was excellent. We took the car to Volvo main dealer on Sealand Road for them to check it over and report back any faults. No fau;lts found.

Absolutely disgusted how I was spoken to on the phone when enquiring about my Volvo and if it was safe to drive told I donโt know I have used this garage for a while now but wonโt be anymore also when asked about when they could do the work was told we are sort on staff. Absolutely disgusted

Avoid, had a terrible experience with this company. Took the car to have the air conditioning serviced and regased, as the air conditioning wasn't working, was advertised as \xa339, was told for my car would be \xa357, which was fine, was told it will take an hour, it took almost 2, to only be told they had filled it up with gas but can't get the compressor started, handed the keys and told they put gas in the car so I needed to pay even though the air conditioning wasn't working, which was the reason I took it there in the first place, they could have checked the compressor before they started to fill the car with gas! They could have also connected the car to a computer and diagnosed the fault afterwards. They didn't go the extra mile and felt like they just wanted me gone, now they had taken my money, felt like an inconvenience to them. Avoid, there's better garages out there, who do go the extra mile and not after a quick buck! @deeside motor company, thank you for your reply, when you bring your car in and explain the air conditioning isn't working, due diligence would expect you to quickly check the compressor was kicking in before blindly putting gas in. I was expecting a better service! Not charged for something that wasn't needed in the first place! If you wish to discuss give me a call 20/08/2024 @deeside motor company, guess a call is out the question, what happened to customer service. It would have avoided all this. As for your reply, there was gas in the system, you said yourself, the reason it was taking longer as there was a lot of gas in the system to purge. Please don't lie......

First day on holiday and XC90 resonator pipe (from turbo) seal gave up with a loud pop. Most power gone. Was just outside Chester and managed to get across to Deeside MC (who I bought car from) at 30mph max with caravan attached. Truly top class service. Diagnosed, part obtained and car fixed in 24 hours. Can't praise them enough and they saved the holiday.
