I had bought the Honda Odyssey Hybrid from this dealer from Dan for over 2 years ago, Car is excellent and no issues, and the services provided to customer are highly recommended, they are professional in handling queries. Overall my experience in buying from this company are overall 5 stars experience, and especially thx so much for Mr Dan to handle my car in very good manner! Highly recommended if you want to buy Japanese luxury car! They even MOT and service my car every year and check for any small problems to sort out for me. I purchased a Japanese imported car Honda Odyssey 2015 (March 2023), from Japanese MPV motors before 6 months. About the dealership - for a family-run company, they are very good with a wide variety of cars to choose from, and they were all in good condition. I am not an easy customer to deal with when things are not perfect. I will give full credit to Dan for how he dealt with a few niggling issues I had with my car. Dan gave me all the documents that are required. Dan also covered the valet cost after 3 months from the purchase date. Dan offered me a courtesy car if it would take them much time to fix the traction control light, but it just needed a reset using the diagnostic tool. They are much better to deal with than mainstream car dealers. About the car - Bad points - the front passenger seat has no height adjustment, so you will need extra cushion support if you have long legs. I feel that car could use a bit more sound deadening & insulation. Good points - lower ride height, and powersliding doors therefore, it is easy for the kids to go in and out of the car. The power-sliding doors can be operated from the driver seat, or back passengers. The 3rd-row seats go into the floor, so there is plenty of space for a family of four. The 2nd row has 2 captain seats with calf support. The car has radar-controlled adaptive speed control, cruise control, lane keep, auto lights, a reverse camera with moving guidelines and folding mirrors. So far, the 2.4 litre K24W engine has no issues; it needs regular maintenance change of the engine oil and oil filter every 6 months. The automatic CVT gearbox is smooth, but pickup is slow; once you are at a certain speed, the car will cruise with no issues. The official figure is 40 mpg. In the last six months I have driven 4,200 miles and averaging 33 mpg (mixed), not too bad for a big car. Road tax is \xa3285 per year. My car is insured with Admiral and it is just over \xa3300 per year. Overall, I am satisfied with the car and recommend the dealership.
