Vertu Ford Newcastle staff were outstanding from the first point of communication. Lee Henderson in particular was fantastic. We communicated initially on the phone to arrange a visit. He then sent a video showing the car. When we arrived at the showroom, he was so friendly but professional explaining every detail ensuring I was aware of all the relevant information but without all of the pushy sales man jargon you usually get. He delivered the car personally to my house which was amazing. I would highly recommend him to anybody planning to buy a car.
