BMW 5 Series 2020 - 2.0 520d MHT M Sport Touring Auto Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

I bought my car from Crewe VW 2 weeks ago. I purposely used a main dealer as I thought I’d get better service than buying privately & also for peace of mind. The salesman wasn’t very on the ball, I wasn’t given a receipt for the sale, didn’t receive a copy of the MOT or service book. I was promised that the car had full service history, however upon receiving the service history, this isn’t the case , so basically he lied. He didn’t reply to emails & I had to chase him for everything. When we went to pick up the car, the alloys-which were supposed to have been professionally repaired- were covered in paint overspray so they looked as if Stevie Wonder had done them in a fog. When I called to speak to him, I was informed he no longer worked there! So maybe he knew he was leaving & couldn’t be bothered to give any form of customer service. This isn’t all the issues I had but you get the gist. So all in all, shoddy service which is a shame as it did take the shine off having a new (to me) car. I should have known better really as when we first went to have a look at what cars they had, nobody came out to see if we needed any help….but we did see a couple of the sales staff having a cigarette so obviously that was more important to them. Hope future buyers of vehicles have better service than I did. Good luck!

Perches a Torrag from this place the car requird a New D.P .F at a cost of 4500\xa3 .ok it happens .Less then 1000 miles the Red engine lite came on . Back to the garage they said ther was 4 sensors but they didn't know which one it was.that they wude have to go to vw teck depart two weeks. They cha g a senser. In the meantime I sold the car to a another garage when delivering the light came on again. The garage rang vw crewand requested there help seen that hade been payed 350 \xa3to put the Right les then a week. They said that it would be 3 weeks for them to have the car back.to sort it.in the meantime the buyer had his Techian to have look he discovered that the sensor hade not been plugged in. This was the problem. This Mandela need to retrain its technically people. I will never use this garage again
