Purchased probably one of the least expensive Porsche approved cars from Ian, and he took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and even cleaned the car himself for it to be ready for the test drive. Car had been bought from them from new and has been really well looked after and cared for, so we're both really happy with both the car and the customer service :-)

Costly repairs outside of Porsche warranty, lack of spares availability meaning my Cayenne was with the centre far longer than planned. The car was then returned with a fault that wasn't there before meaning a return visit is required. Ladies in service kept me informed and managed to source a loan vehicle which was a positive but my general experience of Porsche Colchester service has been poor on the now four times the car has been in for various reasons.

Me and my family had an amazing experience. I can admit we are not the easiest of customers but every demand was met by Ian, Mark and the team to a T. They made us feel like family and we walked away over the moon with a beautiful car.

Needed new side vents for my cayman 718.was about to buy them and fit myself,when i got a call back from colchester porsche to tell me these were a factory recall.so i waited 6 weeks for my appointment,took a day off work to get them fitted…it wasnt even the side vents that they fitted,it was a part of the ducting!so compete waste of my time and money!
