Went to CB autos looking for a replacement for my trusty Focus that had served me well for. years thinking I wanted another .Toby took the time to listen to my requirements. Suggested a couple of options & left us to look over the cars .No hard sell .Answered any questions honestly. Test drives no problem & I bought a lovely Vauxhall SUV. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Plus they also have a repair shop on site . We will be using them for all of our motoring needs from now on. Thanks guys.

I recently bought a car for my son (his first one) from the folks at CB Autos. I live on the other side of the country, so they were very supportive with providing a thorough description of the car. They might have omitted to tell be about all the scratches and rust, but these are minor issues on the car. They were very quick to respond to any of my queries and to sort out the delivery too. We had the car checked out locally once we received it and it was in very good condition. Thank you!

I took my car for an MOT test at fast piston who said it had 3 major defects needing repair immediately which would cost around \xa3600. I took the car to CB autos for a 2nd opinion and they found 2 out of the 3 should’ve been advisories rather than major defects, so I got the 1 major defect fixed through CB Autos. Even though I asked to have the 2 advisories done too, Tim (the mechanic) advised me against doing it as he’d rather not do any work which isn’t needed and it’s better I save the money, which I really appreciated. I got the car MOT test done again through CB Autos and after saving me around \xa3400-500 I was well on my way! I’d highly recommend CB Autos if you want an honest opinion for your MOT and want to make sure you’re not getting ripped off, they’re top-notch guys.

Just bought a car recently with this dealership. The engine light came on just 2 weeks after i bought the car. They were able to fix the problem but then 3 weeks after. The oil warning light came on and this time they were not able to find the problem because apparently, they said that i have to pay for \xa375 for diagnostic for them to check where the problem is coming from. I told them that i want to know how much would it cost to repair the car but they cannot tell me since i did not agree to pay for \xa375. Not to mention the car is under warranty and they even have their own service centre. I ended up getting a partial refund on the car since i don't have a peace of mind with the car anymore and wasn't sure what other faults that might come. Really disappointed because i thought the car was in a great condition as they said before i bought it. Will not recommend this dealership. Waste of time and money!

Great when selling you a car in till its not right. Pain \xa34000 an astra from them . Took it back because it kept going into limp with smoke coming from the engine. There tec men said it was just heat haze . Took six months warranty. Did not would not do anything. Basically told to do one . Poor poor very poor \xa34000 out of pocket
