      MT61 EKM!!!!! Stay clear of this vehicle and this company in may I bought my first car of this company a 1.3 Vauxhall corsa cdti in white the first red flag was how long they took to get it MOTed which took over a week and a half after I paided the deposit and it had previously failed a MOT and they said they would fix all the problems so it had a clean MOT didn’t think much of it picked the car up that night I went to go for a drive at night noticed that the offside dipped beam wasn’t working (baring in mind this was what the MOT failed on and was supposed to be fixed) didn’t think much thought maybe just a fuse or something car was fine up until exactly 7 days after I bought it went to start it in a morning to go to work didn’t start got in contact with the garage they said they would get the car picked up on a trailer then called back the next day was told a mobile mechanic would come it got to Thursday 4 days after the car had broke down 11 days after purchase the mechanic showed up and told me the ECU was flooded and they was going to fix it here comes more issues they sent it off to be refurbished not get a new one and anyone who knows anything about cars knows it’s hard to refurb a water damaged ECU they have me a time frame of 10 days while this was going on I was pushing for a curtesy car they told me multiple times they had one courtesy car and that it was out with another customer and I could have it when it was back it got to 11 days after the car had broke down and 18 days after purchase and I got told they had a car they have part exchanged and they was willing to let me use it till mine was fixed very nice of them right well no the kicker is they originally told me I would have to pay out of my own money to insure the courtesy car after all the inconvenience I had faced already which wasn’t a option and after pushing for a few more days they finally insured it and let me use it that is probably the only positive they did. 3 weeks after my car broke down it was repaired and I was also told the dipped been would be fixed to as it should of been done to pass the MOT which leads me to believe they just got a dodgy MOT. when the ecu was fixed they DIDNT fix the dipped been and I got told “I wasn’t in the office to tell the mechanic” so I resulted to fixing the bulb myself after all this I had my suspicions about the integrity of this garage and weather the MOT was legit or not so I did some more checks myself I drained the oil and it had a solid 1-1.3 litre in it about 2 litre less than it was supposed to the dipstick was stuck in the engine the turbo wasn’t bolted down properly (they had apparently fixed this and the agr valve before purchase) resulting in a leak the boost pipe had a big hole in it both sides of the intercooler where leaking oil very badly, 2 days later I was driving and the brakes just stopped working I managed to pull over and look at the brake and there was no pad left at all and it was very dangerous so this resulted in my having to buy and do new breaks to make it safe again. 4 days after I received it back it died again this time completely the engine sounded like I had put nuts and bolts in the head. After this I contracted the sales team 4 times to no response or the old “he’s not in right now he will get hold of you” never heard nothing the he I am referring to is Marcus the director of the company, after I had enough and emailed them a letter of rejection they got back to me and offered to buy the car back for \xa3800 less than I paided not even offering a refund of the full amount and the cost of the brakes and I could of filed a small claim and got my full refund but I needed a new car and the money to purchase so I had no choice but to take the offer. AVOID this place at all cost they will avoid you if anything goes wrong and will do anything in there power to be awkward and make life as hard as possible. They now have this car back and will probably try and sell it so some other poor customer AVOID AT ALL COST

      Worst car buying experience of my life and I’ve bought many cars on finance from many dealers. At the beginning everything was great. Smiles laughter etc. bought a C3 1.2 puretech in the rain, my mistake. Inspected it on test drive in a car park everything seemed fine. Next day it was dry and there was damage to paintwork on roof and bumper of which was not visible in the rain with pictures to prove. They knew about this and still advertised the car at full value with no mention of this in the AD of which was deleted within 2 minutes of me leaving the yard. They also failed to mention I couldn’t leave before pay out from the finance company, and they knew this,as they deal with cars everyday. I asked about FSH history book, and Liam said (and I have the recording) when we get it from citreon we will send you it, but they claim that’s not true. They gave me a print out of dates only, which is not that was advertised. Within first couple of weeks I had to put new battery in ecu reprogrammed alternator of which they paid half due to pressure from broker otherwise wouldn’t have paid anything. I paid \xa31204 in 3 months and got \xa3170+ in return. Let’s not forget it was still under 3 month warranty. Asked for hire car said they had 1 only. Not my problem if you’re offering hire cars you need to make sure you can meet demand.Anyway in meantime I had wetbelt issue and told me lies saying it’s 100,000 miles of which is 64,000 and 6 years according to Citroen, more lies. Should have done it while they had it if selling for full price for customers piece of mind. I know wetbelt needed doing now due to amount of oil I had to put in on a weekly basis. Car not been used since April and these couldn’t care less. Every time I rang I got liams on sick liams on his break liams on holiday Liams with a customer Liam will ring you back. No calls from Liam. More lies. Long story short if you have to buy a car from these make sure you spend a week checking it over insist on all paperwork upfront record the conversations because they lie a lot. And screenshot the AD because as soon as you drove off they delete it. I’ve not finished with these I told them I wasn’t going away and I never will. Just hoping nobody has to go through what I went through. Yeah no doubt they will have happy customers, but just be careful because if it goes wrong these won’t give a crap and the after sales is shocking, and their mentality is you have bought the car not my problem. We’ve been paid tough on you.

      Avoid this dealership! I purchased a bmw from here a week ago. Looked immaculate and they assured me it was ready to drive away. A drive train issue popped up on my way home and they told me it would go away on its own, it didn’t. Took it for a PDI and diagnostics and had 3 pages full of issues with the car (including clutch, swing flaps and engine faults). It was not safe to drive and the issues were there before I bought it! Very disappointed as they put my life at risk and wouldn’t reimburse any of the money I put into the car. Will never get a car from here again and would not recommend to anyone!
