I was not so happy with the trade in price (The ASH price) for my car but the Ford Ranger I bought was competitive for the spec. Great truck and exactly as advertised. Ash was great, really helpful and knowledgeable having been there since he was 4 years old, now he's 15 he knows his stuff, by 21 he will be an industry expert. Polite and sees the world through Rose tinted specs especially certain "models" Great sense of humour (unmatched by his lousy trade in prices) see you on the next Top Box trip Ash!! The day after purchasing a car from Parkland Motors, a fault appeared on the dashboard. Since then, I have had to constantly chase them for a resolution. They only respond once every three days, and even then without a proper solution. They don’t answer calls, sometimes hang up, promise to call back but never do, and say they’ll reply to emails “today” but then don’t follow through. The issue was simply a \xa3100 sensor replacement, yet they refused to address it. Their customer service is polite before the sale, but once the deal is done, support is practically nonexistent. Think twice before buying from them, you have to assume that you going to repair yourself after purchase.

Bought a lovely bmw 1 seris from these guys and the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish due to the professionalism of the sales team here. A week after buying the car it developed a slight blow from the exhaust and the washer jets stopped working but one phone call to them and they got the car straight in and sorted the problem for me without any issues whatsoever really friendly polite and helpful team couldn't recommend enough especially after having a bad experience else where. Will definitely be using these guys in the future. Cant remember the name of the guy that delt with me but all the staff are very professional and provided a great customer experience 👍
