I can't speak well enough of the exceptional service I received at Cars2 Renault Wakefield when I purchased my Dacai Duster. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and taken care of, but it was the incredible effort of one person in particular—Kate—that truly made the experience outstanding. Kate was absolutely lovely, her professionalism and knowledge were immediately clear. She answered all my questions about the Duster. Kate really went above and beyond. A big part of my decision was checking the service history, and the previous records were stored in the car / another location and despite the truly wild weather and it being 10 minutes before close, Kate braved the weather to get the documents for me and called me straight back. She didn't hesitate or try to convince me to just call into the garage / call back another day; when she called me back she said, "I'm glad I did because it's got full service history." Which just showed she understood how important the service history was to me before travelling over. She went out of her way in terrible conditions to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to buy my Duster with complete confidence and Kate even drove the duster somewhere slightly quieter to test drive the car with it being bigger than I am used to. If you're looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend visiting Cars2 Renault Wakefield and asking for Kate.
