My experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was really good. We looked for the car we had seen on auto trader. We we went into the sales room we spoke to Phil he Introduced us to Jack Dundas who was exceptional. He was very well informed about the car. He made the whole process easy and is a very nice and helpful Lad. When we collected the car it was the same service we had received on tbe first visit. The experience at Vertu Ford Stoke was fantastic because well, I took my old car for a service, looked at another car whilst I was there that didnt quite fit me - another was sourced and brought to Stoke. My first experience from the company would mean I would not recommend to anybody. The team helped me during all of the issues for the first car which went on for over 18months. The team assisted me in getting a good deal on the second car. But ultimately the first few months of the first car experience outweighed the positives.
