Amanah Prestige LTD bidded on my car through Motorway and won the bid where they were supposed to get in touch with me to arrange collection. They made no effort whatsoever to get in touch with me and so I rang them myself and spoke to a guy called Javid who explained that they are busy and a person called Ash would contact me the following day. I waited 4 further days where again I heard nothing back so when I rang back and spoke to Javid again, he said that they are still busy in a rude manner however explained Ash would call me back before the end of the day. Again as before, nothing was heard back, which is completely unprofessional considering they had bidded on my car and won the bidding, but then decided to ignore me. I spoke to Motorway who made 3 attempts themselves to contact the garage via the phone number and an aemil address to which they again ignored. I am sorry, but if this is the way in which Javid and Ash work, then I would hate to see the service they offer to someone purchasing a vehicle from them and needing any after-sales care. Motorway also highlighted that they will be removing the company from their list in the near future if this behaviour continued as this is not the type of company that they would work with, who bid on cars and then decide to ignore them for collection. Overall, extremely unprofessional and rude, who wasted my time making me relist my car again, which is not fair on other genuine bidders.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Contacted Jav about sourcing a car - asked me to come into the showroom to discuss requirements and budget etc. Both Jav and Mo are incredibly friendly, you can tell they care about their customers and maintaining a professional standard - never once were they too pushy with anything and were open to answering any questions that I had. They offer 0% interest finance which is a massive +++ in my books especially for Muslims who cannot deal with interest due to religious reasons. Within just a week of initial communication, Jav was able to source the car, secure the halal finance and prepare the car for me to drive home. Entire process was nothing but smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car, they have a wide variety of vehicles in a very professional showroom - seriously, compared to other dealerships in the area you can tell the brothers at Amanah Prestige hold themselves to a much higher standard and actually care about delivering value.

Recently bought a car from here recently and the customer service and quality of the cars are amazing. Love the car I've ust bought, and I've had no issues with it so far. Dealing with them was really easy and was able to visit them and see the cars I wanted. Javed was really nice and was able to answer all my questions related to the vehicle and also provided me with other bits of information that really helped. The ONLY issue, which is very small, but I was slightly disappointed after I drove to notice that it had literally no fuel in the tank. It would've been nice for them to at least top up the fuel if a customer is spending this much money. Other than that, it was perfect.
