The staff at Vertu Renault Gloucester were good because when I arrived although the car I was planning on viewing was sold they have a huge selection of cars and I was able to take one on a test drive, I managed to get a service plan which does give me peace of mind.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Renault Gloucester because from start to finish I was treated like I was the only customer in the building. I wasn’t rushed when making my decision on which vehicle I wanted. The salesman catered for my indecisiveness! I was given a choice of extras, in which I took majority of them. I paid down via part exchange and could have paid cash for the shortfall but when I decided to finance the rest, Matt, the salesman, gave me sound advice which again, catered for my circumstances.
