My experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton could have been better because my Discovery Sport was missing two small parts which have not yet been delivered, but more importantly has a noisy front suspension which I pointed out on the test drive. I was assured the service dept had tested the vehicle and found no fault but the problem is very noticeable at slow speeds over uneven surfaces. Vertu has been unresponsive on this matter, and with the JLR IT problem I am not expecting a resolution any time soon.I will be going on holiday to Europe covering 3000 miles in the next few weeks so I hope there is not a more serious underlying fault.
I'd endorse Vertu Land Rover Taunton because the salesman knew the specifications and price of vehicle I wanted and he managed to get all of my requirements which is very difficult for a used vehicle and within my budget. The salesman was Josh Benbow whom I would very highly recommend.
