Even though I live in Milton Keynes, the 200+ miles round-trip to Stoke Audi is worth it - this is the 4th consecutive year. The staff is professional, and the service is always top notch. On this occasion, there was a misunderstanding about all the work that needed doing, and a specific part was not ordered for the CarPlay retrofit. In the big scheme of things, this was not a problem, the rest of the service was carried to the same high standard that I go to appreciate. I will keep going back to Stoke Audi, it's still the best UK Audi service centre for me.

I brought my vehicle under warranty . The attention and concern was great. Staff was helpfull. Especially Carolina who works in the service department was very attentive and helpfull . Even though I live in Stafford, I always choose to bring my car here because of the outstanding care and attention I receive. The team is professional, efficient, and friendly.
