Perrys Rotherham Kia were great because the car was an ex demonstrator , and had extras fitted to it , it was very well priced in fact I could not find a better priced same model spec car in the UK , I live a few miles away and was willing to travel to Perrys Rotherham around 120 mile round trip , even though I have three Kia Dealerships on my doorstep , the first contact with Perrys where good. And even though we paid cash , the salesman made me feel wellcome , paying cash at dealerships before I have had bad attitudes and trying to force credit terms on me , Perrys offered it once it was declined , and we moved on and completed the purchase and took out a couple of extras such as servicing for t three years and stone chip and wheel damage cover . The valeting could have been better but the overall service we got was good an experience .
The staff at Perrys Rotherham Kia were good because from initiaal contact through to arranging to view the vehivle, I recieved freindly, knowledgeable assistance, this was reinforced when I met Mark at the dealership who helped me to come to the decision to purchase this car versusthe others I had seen on auto traders site. It was a please to do business and I would not hessitate to reccomend both mark and the customer services manager who went out of his way to meet me and thank me for the business. My daughter is delighted with her surprise and I'm happy with my choice of car and dealership.
