The staff at Crewe SEAT were excellent because everything was sorted out, without any hassle and made it such a pleasurable experience, Isabella was friendly and great from start to finish and kept me updated throughout. Sales manager, Dave also put a great deal together, which I was very happy with. This is my 3rd car from them, I cannot recommend highly enough for a fair deal and great service, hence why I keep going back.

We spoke with Jordan (used cars). Told him we wanted the car. He said he would ask his manager is anything on price and we asked a question about the car. He promised to call next morning with the answers. He didn't. We called again. Sorry he is out he will call. Guess what no call. We call yet again and after speaking with him,we said we want the car. He said he will sort it out. Needed to speak with his manager. Guess what - then we hear he is test driving the car with someone else. My son (17 years old ) calls again. Jordans reply to my child - stuff like this happens. He said he was going through finance with him, but it might not happen. Never even bothered to call after he sold the car to the other chap. I will be messaging the Seat CEO, as this is disgraceful. We found out he sold to someone needing finance- so clearly he is interested in his own pocket and this didn't want to sell to us. Disgusting behaviour.
