I was happy with the service at Wrexham Volkswagen because they went out their way to ensure I had all the information required, that I was happy with every aspect of the purchase of the car and that from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. VW’s service has been good from my dealings with other VW retailers but, the team at Wrexham take it to another level. It’s no surprise to learn of the accolades they have received for outstanding customer service. I believe it’s 4 consecutive years now and no doubt this continues.
