Its been a while since I bought from a garage forecourt, but Nicky Gregory from the sales team was such a lovely lady , very helpful and informative and although it was quite late in the afternoon when I visited Nicky still made arrangements for me to test drive the car to save me returning later in the week , which I really appreciated .
