My case was: I bought a car from FM motor Co. Lovely BMW 330e. I didn’t have option to come and check it, ordered delivery. FM said they can make delivery. Day after, car was in front of my door. Unfortunately there was some issues with radar of this car (what was affecting safety systems like cruise control, warnings etc.) They arrange an appointment with garage close to me, garage said they can fix that in 2 weeks. I didn’t trust the car with this issues so I called to FM and said I want a refund and return the car. And here is situation, what made me speechless.. They checked the car for any new damages. I was ready for a battle (that wasn’t here, scratch, dirty etc.) They just called me, I was told the car is in the same condition they sold it to me, understood safety system doesn’t work, your money will be on your account next working day. Money is here, responsiveness on WhatsApp in a minute with every detail. Returning lovely car is not good feeling but FM made it right for me. FM Motor CO, if you’re reading it, nice one.. 5 stars
