Hyundai Santa Fe 2015 (15) - 2.2 CRDi Premium 4WD Euro 5 5dr (7 seat)

Very disappointing. Seemed so helpful and kind before I purchased. Until I handed over my money for the car. Work that was supposed to be carried out wasn't, they say they will call back always at the middle of following week, which has never happened to sort out the issues i have with the car. No reply to my emails, the last time I rang them a man called Paul was very dismissive said he didnt want to indermine me but they are very busy and I don't understand how the car trade works!! He said Alex would call me back in 5 minutes, but as all the other promises of call backs, it never came. Service is dismal and it looks as if the warranty will not be honoured which has been the case with l all the other promises of works that should have been carried out before i even bought the car and paid a deposit. I would not recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. Really bad after service.

I visited a few car yards in anticipation of buying a new vehicle. As is the norm I was met by salesmen who were like limpets who clung to you as you walked around, telling me how helpful they are!!!!. I then visited Auto Trade Centre....wow what a breath of fresh air. Eventually I was approached by a salesman who introduced himself as Alex. He welcomed me to the yard and as it was a warm day asked if I would like a cold drink. He then said, 'enjoy your walk around, and if you need anything please come to the office', and away he went. I was able to freely walk around the yard without a hint of sales hassle. Eventually I found a vehicle of interest and spoke with Alex. I was a little 'edgy' as there was no over the top sale pitch, but simply responses to any question I asked. Without any hassle I decided that I wanted to purchase a vehicle. Alex, and the team were professional and demonstrated good business practice. Demonstrating a genuine customer focussed approach. Throughout the whole process I felt confident, and Alex provided reassurance of my decisions. To anyone thinking of buying a vehicle I highly recommend this company, and for added assurance ask for Alex. You'll not go wrong. Although I mention Alex (as he dealt with me) be assured all staff have good business ethics. Thanks for the coffees.....
