Great lot of people done everything to make sure I was happy with the car would highly recommend

They bid for my car on Carwow and arranged for someone to come and collect it, but the whole experience was a complete waste of time. They drove my car around using up my petrol, were rude and unprofessional, and caused me huge inconvenience. I honestly question how genuine most of their positive reviews are. Even Carwow has now flagged this up after I reported it. How can you bid on a car and then completely waste someone’s time like this? Absolutely useless. I do not recommend them at all.

Asim came from Manchester to do the check over on my car today and arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of my car during a test drive. After all checks were done we negotiated price and they made a prompt payment to me. Very happy

Sadly, a complete waste of time. I called up about a car and specifically asked about the condition of the bodywork - whether it had any scrapes, scratches or scuffs and was assured it did not. So I made the journey to see the car, it was not as promised. Scuffs and scratches on the bumper, a dent/mark on the driver's door and numerous other small marks. Every alloy had bad kurb rash. I was told it was reflective of the age of the car, it was not reflective of what I'd been told on the phone. The salesman said that the guy who answers the phone isn't based on site and won't have seen the car?! Very poor experience.
