Bought an excellent first car for my daughter from Ben: very easy process, no pressure, all handled smoothly. A minor issue with the electric windows required two brief return visits for diagnosis & repair, all done without quibble (and my calls were returned as promised). Would definitely use again.

Fantastic experience from start and beyond. The freedom to have the keys and inspect the car in my own time was much appreciated. All the facts and information about the car were given without hesitation and the guys were very helpful. I noticed that the tracking or alignment was out, and the guys got that resolved before collection free of charge. After collecting the car and driving it for a few hours, I noticed that the brakes experienced juddering. After informing the guys at Autovenue, they asked me to go down so they could take a look at it - so we went for a test drive, and they acknowledged there was a problem so asked to keep it a day to investigate further. I had no expectations, so I was extremely surprised and very satisfied when the guys called me a day later to say that all brake pads and discs were replaced free of charge, and the car was ready for collection. Adam even collected me from the train station! Throughout the whole experience, everyone I met and spoke to were very professional and friendly and I cannot recommend Autovenue, Ben and Adam enough. Thank you so much for all your help, guys!

Recently purchased a car from Ben at Auto Venue. Really helpful with great communication from start to finish. Nice people to deal with, and a really easy purchase. The car is lovely so far, I needed a smallish estate for dog ferrying and tip run duties etc so that I don’t need to use my company vehicle, and it fits the bill perfectly. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend the guys at auto venue...Great selection of cars Very good customer service.. nothing was to much of a problem. I needed a car for the weekend and the guys made sure it was good to go even though they didn't have the usual turnaround time to prepare.
