STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! About 4 weeks ago I went to this garage to collect my jeep grand cherokee from them after waiting nearly two weeks to get it if I had of read the reviews on this garage before I got the car i wouldn't of used them they dont care about you what so ever all they are interested in is selling the next car.thats faulty when I picked it up there was next to nothing of fuel in the car so luckily there was a fuel garage up from them so went to fill the car after signing for it oh by the way they only grave me 30 days warranty its a piss take when a dealer should give 3 months warranty. So filled the car up only to find the fuel gauge doesn't work only goes up to half so rang the garage and told them about it and wasn't interested just told me give it time to go up so I said ok so started driving the car home to Somerset which was just over 500 miles back from this garage. When I and my son started trying things out on the way home we found out the air con doesn't work so had to drive all the way home with windows open as it was a hot day so again I text the garage dealership to say that now the air con doesn't work and the fuel gauge sill not working i asked for these to be sorted and I got told no by the garage we don't cover that which i wasn't happy about surely they should do a vehicle check on these cars before selling them to make sure everything works? So eventually got home with the car and thats when other faults were starting to happen with the car i had the engine management light come on with 6 faults and the service keyless light came on as well so was not happy again I told the garage dealership about the problems with the car and they wasn't interested one bit they wasn't returning my calls or text messages when they did decide to reply all they said was that they will take the car back and give me my px and \xa3500 back i said cant u fixed the faults and they said no we will not pay for anything to be fixed on the jeep grand cherokee I was angry to say the least. Specially when I had just paid to have a towbar fitted on it at a cost of \xa3500 as we was due to go away with are caravan but because of the faults and the garage refused to fix the fauts I had to use my wifes car for are holiday as i couldn't trust this car from this garage. Eventually I choose to hand the jeep grand cherokee back to the dealership and get my px back and money but when I told the garage this they informed me that they will charge me for mileage for using the car I bought off them that is faulty and any damage done to the vehicle which there wasn't so again I thought this was disgusting for a garage to say we will charge me mileage for using the vehicle they never said how much they was going to charge me but the vibe i was getting from them they would charge me a large amount so this in mind I had to change. Y mind and keep the faulty car that they sold to me because I wasn't going to drive back up to Scotland from Somerset to be charge so I sill have the car with its faults and its getting worse I am trying to find out a garage to check it out but in the meantime I have a \xa310k car I can't use thanks to these cowboys I am starting to go through trading standards about these because with the amount of bad reviews its seems that they are selling faulty cars to people and dont care. So I am taking it further as these cowboys should be stopped Again u have been WARNED DO NOT USED THIS GARAGE THEY ARE COWBOYS STAY AWAY

I don't know why these charlatans get anywhere near 5 stars. Lead you to a banger you don't want. Sell it to you, and when it costs you 1000's of pounds to fix just after you've done 100 miles in the bloody thing and they tell you it's wear and tear. Avoid like the plague. Money over customer service.i posted this 3 years ago. I made an edit and it went back to being a new review. My Dad bought the car from you or maybe previous management. Truths weren't told about the car and my Dad was made out to be a liar. Lucky screen shots were taken and after months of fighting my Dad won.his case. He passed away last year so there's not much more im going to say on the matter. I realize that this review will go back to the top. Please to not reply. The harm was done and eventually in a way rectified.

Went here to buy a Land Rover Discovery and the salesman we dealt with was George. He was absolutely spot on throughout the whole process. The first one we chose didn't turn out due to some oil pump issue but George contacted us to tell us everything and also that he wasn't selling us the car, he didn't have to do this and could've easily have let us drive away with a vehicle that wasn't right. We really appreciated his honesty! We went back to pick another one and we had it in a week. Thoroughly delighted with our purchase and it was a total pleasure dealing with George. He's a no nonsense kind of guy and extremely patient, helpful and friendly, couldn't have done enough for us. Would definitely use this garage again when it's time for another car. AVOID THIS GARAGE !!!!!! My friend bought a Range Rover Velar from here February last year. After 5 months required a timing chain which cost him over 4000. The warranties on the cars in this garage worthless there buying damaged cars cheap and ripping off customers with there useless warranties. After the timing chain was replaced the pistons failed leaving him with less power and burning significant levels of oil and fuel. Took the car to a Ranger Rover specialist to be told it would cost him in the region of 8-10k for a new engine. Unfortunately my pal didn’t do his homework on this garage and look at the reviews before he purchased this vehicle. Ended up loosing a substantial amount of money on this vehicle. POTENTIAL BUYERS PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS COWBOYS
