Disappointed and amended an initially excellent review. Our experience started off very positively with excellent service, which gave us confidence to place a deposit. Unfortunately, after this point, the quality of service declined significantly. Communication was poor—not only with us, but seemingly between staff as well. We were initially told the turnaround would be 48 hours, yet it took 8 days from placing the deposit to finally collecting the car. We made three separate attempts to collect it, each time being told of delays due to forgotten service requests, a backlog on MOTs, or inability to process finance because the banks were closed. While we understand that some issues, such as bank closures, may be out of the dealer’s control, these problems could have been avoided with better communication and planning. The dealership was aware of our planned collection time (6pm) and how we intended to pay, but made no arrangements to ensure everything would be ready. When we expressed our frustration, we were met with a shrug, a brief apology, and a dismissive “we can’t help it.” Had communication been clearer and expectations managed properly, this experience could have been much smoother and enjoyable experience.

Max was really helpful when we came in tonight. I knew what I was looking for and he sorted all of the paperwork out and showed us around the car (we opted out of a test drove but he did offer) and he even tried to find out how I go about getting a Hyundai rubber duck 😂 Excellent customer service from Max & really glad we chose this branch. Professional, diligent, extremely friendly, down to Earth and nothing was a problem, even with the now retrospective most stupid query. Will was brilliant, explained the process and even got me a better payment option including gap insurance. Liam jumped in to finalise the sale documents & paperwork. And finally, I dealt with Aaron who was an absolute diamond in sorting out a few after sales niggles with utter patience and 'solutions not excuses' as he put it. Excellence all round. Thank you!!!
