Hi I just wanted you to be aware of this garage I got a car off then and with in 6 day turbo problems and under the warranty everything was covered apart from the turbo engine gear box everything not the turbo not willing to pick up the car up not giving me a time frame to fix it not wanting to pick it up unhelpful rad test there cars ask for a full diagnostic I’m paper form and do not behave what tell you

Great experience at cottage cars Kevin looked after me very well the finance company I was going to use messed me about he sorted out the finance within 5 to 10 minutes and got me a much better deal,bought a lovely little Ford fiesta fantastic little car.👍👍 would thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a used car go and see these guys they’ve got some great deals there.

I phoned and spoke to someone on Friday and by Saturday everything was completed and by Tuesday I had the car in my hands. Bought a car today from cottage cars, what a marvelous family run car sales place. They certainly now how to do customer service, treat you with respect. Mark was very good, he also helped me pay for road tax online rather than me having to go to the post office. Very nice man. Highly recommend.
