Lucy looked after my service in a very friendly, helpful, and efficient manner. She kept me informed on progress during the work, and arranged the extra parts required to complete the job without any bother or delay to myself.

We saw an approved used vehicle at this dealership. The enquiry was dealt with by Alex who showed us around the car and allowed a test drive. We went ahead with the purchase and on the day of pickup, Alex had prepared all the paperwork so that the handover was easy. We were introduced to the team, including the service manager (Luis), and the sales manager. We looked over the car before driving away, and two small concerns were immediately addressed (one awaiting parts). We felt looked after by Alex and the dealership, and would recommend!
