Should be a 10 star rating. If only all customer service was this good. Can't not mention Joe Gordon & Emma Duthie at Mini MK - a real pleasure to deal with and they kept me updated at every stage of the process. They even worked their IT magic when a small system problem cropped up. As for the car - brilliant. The ladies in the house love it. Highly recommend both the car and this company's customer service team.

Absolutely amazing, I booked my Mini cooper s in for its Recall with Stratstone BMW/Mini. And was professionally dealt with by Natalia in the Service Department. She kept us updated with the progress, and happily explained what part was being replaced. And they all acted very professional even offering fresh coffee or Tea. I would highly recommend Natalia.
