Excellent customer service and care. I had to take my car in at short notice. Vospers were supposed to have been notified by my lease company but were not. Michelle and the staff at Vospers did everything they could to help me and have my car seen to. They even gave me a lift to the hire car company as I could not get a taxi and it was at the end of the day. I could not thank them enough.

Called in to try and book my car in after getting a recall notification. The telephone system was easy to navigate but the person who answered the phone couldn't get rid of me quick enough. They actually hung up on me mid sentence! I understand they're probably having a lot of these calls but it only take a couple of seconds to listen to someone finish their sentence instead of just hanging up on them. Needless to say I won't be getting the work done there.
