I purchased a Toyota Auris 2015 from Car Sea and had a very pleasant experience with their customer relations skills. Brought a bmw 420d from these guys f33. Travelled all the way from Manchester. Family owned business the values definitely show. Even topped up a full tank of fuel on the way back to Manchester nost garages of this size sell bad cars especially in london but these guys select the best stock to sell maybe i mention the after sales service from the lad amir n his dad sourced new bmw replacement parts n shipped to my address you have a problem these guys dont dissapear n look after you highly recommend 10/10 will definitely return again very happy with my car top guys!

I reserved a car here via autotrader, due to working nights I was unable to respond to one message and owner sold the car immediately. Why pay for a reservation when you sell the car within hours after? Pathetic service.

I recently visited car sea in romford to purchase a car and I had a exceptional experience.while their I spotted a unique lexus with a sunroof that I absolutely loved. The dealers informed me that the car was reserved but no deposit had been placed.they immediately called and emailed the client who had reserved the car,but after 2 hours no response,I expressed my strong interest in buying it.the team at car sea went above and beyond,they called and emailed the client again informing them of my intention to buy,but still no reply, I pleaded with them as I am ready to buy on the spot,and after careful consideration they finally allowed me to purchase the vehicle.i am now the proud and happy owner of this beautiful lexus!.the staff at car sea were outstanding in their courtesy,professionalism and business etiquette throughout the entire process,I highly recommended car sea to anyone looking for a car-these guys truly care about their customers
