      The car I purchased from Autoplanet at the begining of June 2025 had to go back 2 times within 6 weeks with a fault that was supposed to be fixed "100%" I was told by the salesman but returned more times. The next time the same fault arose on the M25 the car caught fire and was a catastrophic write off which myself and son were lucky to escape. I was told that a part had been fitted on the first visit but it was not listed on the invoice. Now personally out of pocket to the tune of over \xa31000 Autoplanet said they were not going to reimburse me anything. After reading your reply to my review, I can confirm that there was absolutly no "Twisting" of the facts as you have stated. My review was both fact based and completley documented. The facts are that you sold me a vehicle which had faults that arrose multiple times, you attempted to rectify twice as you are obliged under warranty and even after these visits the same fault came back again and the car caught fire. I was very clear from the first meeting that the car was solely being purchased for long journeys and you asured me the car was capable. You also state that the car was taken to a third party garage for a "Full Service" on its first return including Oil, air and fuel filter (documented). Why would this need to be done when you told me the car had been serviced prior to me colllecting it on purchase? Your reply is not accurate. Aside from the insurance payout which covered the cost of the car and no more, why is it unreassonable to want to be compensated for the substantial financial losses I have incurred from purchasing the vehicle from you, and these losses are documented financial losses as a direct result of the car failing?

      Bought a car off these just over two months ago price given at the time \xa31500 paid buy bank transfer i was told to make an offer and i did and was accepted paid. 5 mins later owner rings saying only got \xa31500 and wanted another \xa3350, i needed a car for work so paid it against my better judgment and i was not happy. Left it as that as your* meant to be friends with my wife? i did not want to cause a fuss basically. Car itself was a good car doing us proud even now but not practical as had grandkids and peugeot 207 convertable not really thought about rear space when bought car my fault entirely. my lovely mrs sorted another car from these today all i had to do was go look test and trade it over but sadly the car on offer was not to taste also mirrors and blind spots but most of all my mrs needs an automatic i was thinking practical and her bad knee that stops her driving manual a lot now days. i see another car automatic same price so asked if can have that one instead to be told was bought off a widower the owner had died. no service i was fine with it then lot owner yasir? came to the yard to deal with me himself all was great seemed nice but then started to explain umming and ahhring but could see this was not going to happen and the excuses of a family member is waiting for money off this car i felt bad and made it easier for the guy and said look i know you don't want to trade, i explained its all ok our car is good i will sell and just buy one and pointed out i was saddened that salesman 1 told me one thing and yasir said another its there car they have every right to not trade end of the day but to be rude having a go @ me saying i'm rude embarrassing really so i said i'm going as your getting funny fact, also having a office meeting with the other salesman in office loudly. i respect my wife i drove off felt like crap all day and felt badly for my mrs so much so i rang at 5 to try offer cash and sort for her sake the awkward you never thought about and get her automatic to be told if i don't pick up the phone 1st time don't ring back? Attitude? That angered my son i rang 3 x before you even answered me i asked if he had thought about what he did and said to me in the day to be told i will ring your mrs as you wont deal with me or words to that effect "all is on my dashcam" not professional even call was recorded i am now looking into the legal route that's how upsetting this has all been and i will not recommend you ever again to save others from what i got today, i will post the link to youtube the full video when i get a adapter for the micro sd card and if i cant edit this post i will add a link
